  • Yes. Most clients send their products to our UK studio. We'll receive and prepare them for photography, then arrange return or collection once the shoot is complete.

  • We're based in Sunderland, Tyne and Wear, serving businesses across the North East and throughout the UK. Local clients can arrange drop-off or collection, while products can be shipped to our studio from anywhere in the UK.

  • Yes - we deliver high-resolution JPEG or PNG files, formatted to your specific platform (e.g. square for Amazon, vertical for social, landscape for websites). We follow retailer and marketplace guidelines as standard.
